Available now, the new bread improvers will help the baker choose the best product for his needs, to ensure the highest quality and consistency.

The new range, which is split into the Performance Plus, Performance and Everyday ranges, features the latest technology and has been re-formulated to ensure that all the products are the best in performance, consistency and tolerance for all bread types. The Performance Plus range, which has many loyal users, includes the newly improved Diamond 2000 Ultimate which provides the best performance with excellent processing tolerance, volume and a very even crumb structure to ensure the best loaves.
Diamond 2000 Ultimate’s enhanced crumb softness ensures a longer shelf life and also makes it ideal for sandwiches and breads that need to be chilled. The Diamond dough conditioner has all the processing and volume benefits of Diamond 2000 Ultimate with good keeping properties.

The Performance range offers Sapphire, providing bakers with a very good all round performance dough consisting of good volume, softness and crumb structure. From the Everyday range, the Zircon dough conditioner has a very good all round performance and softness.
