
A new doughnut product is soon to launch to the foodservice and retail market, opening up a whole new sales opportunity.
A single serve doughnut made up of four connected bite sized iced ball doughnuts - Do’Dotz from BakeMark UK provide a fantastic opportunity for the end user, through their unique presentation.
They can be marketed as fun eating products, sharing products or products that ease a little guilt – four smaller portions rather than one large one can, for some consumers, be easier to swallow!
Presented to foodservice and retail customers as a thaw and serve case of 48 products, Do’Dotz could not be simpler to prepare for sale and should tap into a growing market – 112 millions packs of doughnuts were sold in the last year, a figure which was up 13 per cent year on year.*
